Tracking Updates
Spent the past few days working on overdubs with Matt Nakoa at Fox Run Studios in Sudbury, MA. This record is coming along beautifully. I can’t wait to start mixing this one…it’s going be total ear candy.
Also worked with Eric French at the Guitar Garden in Cranston, RI yesterday checking out final guitar solos and demoing a new tune using the new Sennheiser MK4. It’s a great mic for $200. A new addition to my mic locker? Probably not. But it’s light years above similar offerings at that price point from Røde and Shure.
Speaking of Eric, I’ll be saddling up behind the kit with him at the Chicken Bone in Framingham, MA this Thursday, June 30th starting at 9pm. We’ll be playing until 12:30am, so there’s plenty of time to come out, have a beer and sample some of the best wings in the area.
